Xue embarked on a bakery tasting adventure in Asia, following the aroma of fresh bread and pastries from Canada to China and Japan. From bakery to bakery, Xue discovered, tasted and documented a wide variety of delicacies. Her “Bread Freak in Kobe” is an introduction to ten bakeries from Kobe, Japan.
